The Dry Heat Gallery is pleased to announce that we have added another award winning photographer to our stable of exceptional artists!
Artist, naturalist and award-winning photographer, Gail Diane Yovanovich has traveled seven continents studying birds, the environment and the natural world. She is passionate about nature and takes great joy in sharing nature’s splendor and the beauty of the Southwest through her images.
Gail has received national and regional awards in both the fine art and photojournalism fields. Most recently, Gail won first place Black-and-White in the New Mexico Magazine 2009 Photo Contest, Best In Show at the Festival Of The Cranes 2008 Photo Contest, and a National Wildlife Refuge Association 2008 Photo Contest Award.
Look for Gail’s photograph entitled Contrast to grace the cover of the February 2009 issue of New Mexico Magazine.
Bosque At Dusk was the recipient of the Best In Show Award at the 2008 Festival Of The Cranes.
