Newborn twins, Jack and Kate are just 5 weeks old here.  Kate is the one on the left, with all the hair.   Their mother, Heather, saw Baby Cain’s recent portrait session and liked it so much that she decided to book one for herself!

We’ve been photographing Ashley and Lorenzo for a few years now.  On this blog you’ve seen their Engagement Session and their wedding.  A few weeks ago they had their first child.  Baby Cain is only two weeks old in these photos.  When possible, we prefer to photograph newborns in their home as everyone, parent’s included, seem to be more comfortable in the home environment.  Too cute, right?

There is something fun about photographing babies and toddlers.  I don’t know if it’s their true curiosity, or the fact that all the adults act like clowns to get them to smile, or if it’s the wonderment in their eyes.  Whatever it is, it makes for an enjoyable afternoon.

DeAnna and I had the opportunity to photograph Madison, Tonya and Matt last weekend, oh and Milo the golden-doodle.  What an incredibly sweet and fun family.  We had such a great time with them.  I don’t know that Milo was having as much fun though.  Granted, the barks we heard from the road made Milo sound fierce but… He is not to sure about the cameras.
