DeAnna and Brandon actually just married a couple weeks ago on June 18th at the Hotel Albuquerque.  We’ll get to those photos later but in keeping with the time line we’ll start with their Engagement Session.  Rick shot this session on March 25th at the UNM Duck Pond.

Introducing Aubrie and Carl

26 May 2010

This is one of those Engagement Sessions I meant to blog a long time ago.  Aubrie and Carl are already married and this session was October 16, 2009.  We just had someone asking us about pictures with dogs which tripped my memory that I had never blogged this session!  The dogs, by the way, were way more interested in running around having a good time than in sitting for photos but we get them to humor us for at least a minute or two.  Stay tuned because I plan to blog the wedding next and there some great photos with snow which is unusual for our neck of the woods.

Introducing Ashley and Lorenzo

28 December 2009

Meet Ashley and Lorenzo, a fun couple  that I’ve  had the opportunity to photograph twice now.   The first time we did the engagement photos, it ended up being a sweltering 100+ in Old Town, straight up HOT!  We did the session so They could get their save the date cards out but we set up a second session for a little later in the summer. We did the second session at the Albuquerque Bio Park, a great place to shoot.  Stay tuned to catch Ashley’s bridal session and their wedding pictures, the wedding is just around the corner.  Thanks for a fun couple of sessions you two, I had a great time and I look forward to the wedding.

Not bad for over 100 degrees.  Now for some photos shot on a reasonable mid 80 degree day.
