Introducing Samantha and John
I photographed Samantha and John in Santa Fe and a cold cold November day. They are both living in Texas and just love Santa Fe, Samantha’s family grew up in the area. We were originally going to shoot in Albuquerque at the Elana Gallegos open space. The morning of the shoot Samantha sent me a text message asking if we could reschedule to Santa Fe. The stars must have been lined up just right for these guys and we were able to switch locations last minute. I am so glad we did. We met up at El Farol and went walking around Canyon road past the plethora of galleries. I really think Canyon road has the largest concentration of art galleries on one street than anywhere else.

Rumor has it, Samantha’s family can trace their roots back to Geronimo. Pretty cool stuff, we couldn’t rightfully know that and not get a shot with the sign.
A Great couple and a great time was had by all. After the shoot we met up with Samantha’s folks and stopped into El Farol for a beer and a chat about the wedding.
