RuthAnn Senior Portraits
I had the chance to photograph RuthAnn a couple of weeks ago. Senior portraits are so much fun, we had a blast. We started in the studio and then headed downtown. I always like shooting downtown, I dig the gritty urban look, (although I could do with out the panhandlers).
RuthAnn asked me to design graduation party announcements for her, something I have never done but what the heck, I’m always up for a new challenge. I like doing the graphic design work, I figured this would be pretty cool. So with a little input from RuthAnn, we nailed down this design. I think the hot pink zebra stripes knocked this card out of the park.
Thanks a ton, RuthAnn, I had a great time on the shoot.

One of my favorite downtown locations, the sweet blue door. I ran across this alley on a shoot a couple years ago and love it.

This might be my favorite shot from the session.

Last one is my favorite. I am totally with you in regards to panhandlers….so awkward!! But I love shooting downtown….great stuff.
